All periodic maintenance of the vehicles within the lease period shall be carried out by the Lessee at the authorised services contracted by HDY Fleet for each vehicle within the framework of the manufacturer's instructions in the user manual for the vehicle and in a manner not to invalidate the manufacturer's warranties. Expenses related to periodic maintenance and repairs, part replacement if necessary and related labour charges shall be covered by HDY Fleet. The Lessee will be able to receive service in return for these maintenance services from contracted services in accordance with the agreements made by HDY Fleet.
The parts that the manufacturer company requires to be changed during the maintenance periods are replaced within the scope of fleet hire maintenance.
If the tyres of the vehicles have been used for the km specified in the fleet leasing contract, the tyres will be replaced, the new tyre costs and the costs related to the tyre replacement will be covered by HDF Fleet. HDY Fleet has no obligation to install winter tyres. However, if an article about winter tyres is added to the contract or an additional protocol is made, snow tyres will also be given.
